Hello 2022!

It is truly unbelievable that we are celebrating a new year and hope that as we welcome the new year and the many blessings it may bring, that we take a moment to reflect and appreciate the past year.

For the past two years, I feel like my life has been on hold, and yes, a lot of it has to do with he pandemic, but also a part of it has to do with my lack of motivation.  The pandemic put the world on hold, and it stopped me in my tracks.  My daily routine was flipped upside down and for the first six months of quarantine, I did my best to maintain the schedule I had believing that this would last at most ten months. That was very naïve on my part.

Now that the new year is upon us and that we are mostly adjusted to our new normal, I am ready to start getting back to the grind of being healthy and getting outside of my comfort zone.  As an extrovert, I am ready to get back to the things I did prior to the pandemic and living again.

I think we can all agree that the pandemic has taught us to not take any moment for granted.  It has made many appreciate their families and enjoy the simple things in life.  As we enter the new year, I hope we remain grounded in love and do everything with kindness.

Cheers to 2022!  Let’s make some wonderful memories and spread love.
