Vegetarian Delight!

I attempted to make pizza from scratch (not really). Again. My first attempt was tragic.  This time around I was determined to make this pizza a hit in my household.  Plus, the prep time is about 20 minutes, which comes in handy on nights you do not want to spend a lot of time making dinner.

I paired my pizza creation with an Asian sesame salad - a salad I recently discovered I enjoy!  I am not a salad person, but this salad is so delicious.  A must try and a great side to your meals. It is also something that my boyfriend can prepare - my little helper.

After chopping onions, olives, and gathering all of the other items needed to begin spreading on my canvas (pizza dough), I was ready to put this baby in the oven.

Ingredients:

Wewalka Classic Pizza Dough            Kroger Chunky Pasta Sauce, Green Pepper & Mushroom

Chopped Onion                                    Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)

Spinach                                                Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Chopped Olives                                    Basil

Bake for 17 minutes at 425ยบ.

I think after conquering this recipe, I will add this to my menu moving forward.  The best part is that the thin crust is filling and I am not worried about eating a million calories in one sitting. Plus my boyfriend approved of this recipe - even though it didn't have any meat!
